Diesel – Never Miss Your Water

I didn’t know this song before I was asked to play it. Quite like it now! This was an early transcription of mine; I wrote the part so it could be shared with a tenor sax.

James Brown – Sex Machine

This one’s here for completeness. If anyone ever actually needs this trumpet chart I think I’ll fall over!

Looks like the Bandhub collab video has gone, along with all evidence that I once played this. All that counting and performance anxiety for nothing… … …

TLC – Waterfalls

This one started its life as a MIDI file. It’s great to have a head-start on a transcription, although often it doesn’t count for much. I extracted the trumpet lines, made it human-readable and adapted it for use.

I think this one is pretty good, and the Bandhub collab turned out to be great!

Hunters & Collectors – Holy Grail

This was the first Bandhub collab that I organized myself. It was a lot of fun to bring together a bunch of people I didn’t know, most of whom were scattered across the planet and unaware of Australian band Hunters & Collectors.

ABBA – Voulez-Vous

Meh…

The horn parts are limited in this song. Rather than count forever I’ve started this transcription where we come in. Each part is a simple transposition. You’ll work it out.
